About the Event
Join me, Sept. 19, for a livestream workshop as I showcase American lamb’s place in a well-balanced and nutrient-dense eating pattern. During the live presentation, I will show practical applications of preparing American lamb utilizing Culinary Medicine Principles and demonstrate recipes highlighting widely available and affordable cuts of American lamb.
The featured recipes Blended Lamb burger, featuring beans and mushrooms and Lamb Shakshuka are crowd favorites and easy to incorporate into your rotation.
